Rafting Season Time :- The Adventurous river rafting in Ganga River give you a new experience of life. River rafting in Rishikesh is enjoyed in any season here
except Rainy Season. Although the peak season of River Rafting is March to June mid. And after monsoon ends it again start from September mid.
At the time when rafting starts in winters the water is too cold because the water is coming from the glaciers melt in monsoon time in that time River Rafting in Rishikesh has different four stretches with different lengths and timing period.
Brahmpuri Rafting :This stretch is a basic stretch and covers the distance of 09 km. grade II rapids came in this stretch. This rafting is for beginners and
mostly enjoyed in mid June to mid September when the water level is too high.
Shivpuri Rafting : This is the most popular stretch of 16 km. and mostly covered Grade III Rapids in it. This starts from Shivpuri and ends in Ram Jhula. This stretch
starts from Mid September to June Mid.
Marine Drive Rafting :- This is the most thrilling and adventurous stretch and covered mostly all rapids with Grade IV. This stretch is not recommended to beginners.
This is 25 km. Long Stretch and starts from Marine Drive and ends in Laxman Jhula. It closes one or two weeks before the shivpuri rafting.
Kaudiyala Rafting : This is very advanced stretch and is not recommended to beginners or inexperienced people. This stretch covers almost all Grade V Rapids.
This stretch opens for very short period and for that a big group size is required to perform. Mostly Army men came here for this stretch it's a training part:
